Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with packaging included.

Please note, we do not accept returns on worn or damaged items, items without original packaging, or limited drops marked as final sale.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Flow Division drops are limited, and once items sell out, they may not be restocked.
